  The staff are super nice, friendly and cooperative , the facility, the location 10 minutes to the port, 15 minutes to Albalad and 10 minutes to Kilo 10 where Mecca cars.

  The staff were very welcoming and friendly, especially Musaab. We had some trouble with the car and he and his friend helped us as much as they could.
  We also got a room upgrade. The room was very spacious and clean.
