  Abdulaziz on reception was fantastic! Very friendly, good with children, and very helpful, checking restaurant restorations etc – I'd go as far as to say the best hotel member of staff I've ever encountered and would make us choose this hotel when we next visit Jeddah! Shukran Abdulaziz! Breakfast also very good.
