  was busy, some of the dishes took a while to be refilled. Later that afternoon, i had some guests in the lobby, barista took his time to come take our order, although i asked several times.   The staff were friendly. I was sick and asked for a late check out. There was no problem at all and I didn’t even had to pay more. Really great I have to admit.

  This time I was sent to the room by Concierge Mohamed Ali.. very friendly and helpful. He understands the conversation well.
  I'm happy with him, a good hospitality person.
  He offered assistance for transportation and checked out a place to wait as my flight was late.
  
  Thanks to him I feel welcome. I was ex Movenpick KLIA and Pullman Kuala Lumpur staff..we do want a concierge like him.
