  When I checked in there was some issue with cleanliness in the room. After informing the front desk they immediately sent the housekeeping and along came their manager Ms. Harbi, she profusely apologised and during my stay the guest relation called me almost daily to check if everything was fine. Shout out to Mr. Osama at front desk for always being ready with the local information.
